Course Objectives:
It is aimed to understand the psychological counseling processes carried out in different populations (minority groups, disadvantaged individuals, etc.).
Course Content:
To understand the practices related to the functioning, process and dynamics of individual counseling, the concepts of multiculturalism, social justice and rights advocacy, to comprehend multicultural counseling competencies, to evaluate contemporary counseling theories from a cultural perspective, to work with disadvantaged groups.
