- Course registration (Scientific preparation courses, other courses from OBS)
- Giving thesis proposal and appointing thesis advisor. (When thesis proposal is approved)
- Coding of thesis for each semester
- Thesis Jury Assignment Thesis Jury: 3 noble + 2 substitutes
- Thesis defense
- Thesis exam report form (After the corrections are made & the thesis should be defended again within maximum 3 months)
- Approval of the Institute (Thesis format check) (Maximum 1 month after the thesis defense)
- Graduation decision by the Institute
