Course Objectives: 
It is aimed for students to have basic knowledge and skills about measurement tools and processes used in education, to know the ways to ensure validity and reliability, to develop measurement tools, to analyze and evaluate measurement results.
Course Content: 
The content of this course consists of basic concepts related to measurement, structural characteristics of measurement tools, process and result evaluation, traditional and complementary development of measurement tools for measuring cognitive, affective and psychomotor characteristics, basic statistical techniques, test and item analysis, evaluation of success.

 

Course Methodology:
