Course Objectives: 
This course aims to accommodate students with essential knowledge and skills about human resources and human resources management in educational organizations.
Course Content: 

In this course, the basic concepts of human resources management, scope of human resources in educational organizations, educational organizations and the importance of human resources, strategic human resources management, human resource planning in schools, current issues and problems in human resources in schools, occupational health and safety, human resources information systems, personnel selection and placement, training and development, job valuation and employer-employee relations will discourse.
