Main purpose of the graduate program in Educational Administration and Supervision is to introduce the recent developments in the field for those who act as educational managers and teachers in the schools. The graduate program which was redesigned as of 2006-2007 academic year encompasses those components; Turkish educational system, teacher training developments, basic managerial skills, professional development and school improvement strategies, educational programs in the EU schedule, teacher evaluation methods, and school accreditation processes. In additon to those stated above, a wide variety of elective courses have been developed to meet the necds of the practitioners in the field.
