Course Objectives: 
The goal of this course is to develop students' knowledge and skills related to the concepts and theories of educational leadership in the educational context and enhance the leadership skills of students.
Course Content: 

This course presents topics related to leadership in education management, leadership theories and approaches, leadership competencies and standards, leadership in school management, ethical values and leadership in educational administration, national and international reports and education leadership, and education leaders' impact on society.
