The aim of the Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Planning is to introduce expert teaching staff, administrators and educators in compliance with the educational challanges of the 21st century. The programme is multidisciplinary, emphasizing on research and practice, and providing students with the required skills stemming from the expectations of educational institutions as managements, project development, human resources development and public relations. Through the programme project proposals increases research and technical skills of educators. The educators will become acquainted with educational systems from a comparative educations perspective and will become familiar with the impact of education on the economic and social development at the national and international levels. The programme's overall objective is to provide a well rounded training for eager individuals to enhance their skills in leadership and management positions in diverse educational settings.
