Course Objectives: 
The goal of this course is to enhance the students’ knowledge and skills required to perform the administrative functions at the school level.
Course Content: 

This course includes subjects related to basic concepts of educational administration, education as an organization, organizational structures and educational organizations, theories of educational administration, process and procedures of educational administration, leadership in the educational organization, communication in the educational organization, ethics in educational administration, creating a positive social climate in the educational organization, educational planning and economy, educational supervision.
